At Magpies Treasures UK,  we want you to be delighted with your unique find. Because our items are vintage or antique,  they will show signs of age and previous use. Please read the item descriptions and view all photographs carefully before purchasing.

STANDARD RETURN: We offer a 14 day return window from the date your item is received.

CONDITION: Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent. If an item is returned damaged or altered, a refund maybe refused.

FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED: If an item arrives damaged or is significantly different from the description or photos, we will provide a full refund.

NOTE: Minor surface wear consistent with age is NOT considered a fault.

HOW TO RETURN

1) Contact us at marie.collins@magpiestreasuresuk.co.uk within 14 days.

2) Package the item securely.

3) The buyer is responsible for return shipping - unless the item arrived damaged - we recommend using a tracked service.

We make every effort to be accurate however, we do not warrant that product descriptions are 100% error free. All measurements are approximate.  Vintage items are sold as seen.

PRICING & PAYMENT

* All prices are GBP (£)

* We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund a customer if an item was listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

* We aim to dispatch within 2 - 3 working days.

* Magpies Treasures UK is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customer delays.

AUTHENTICITY 

* We test our silver & gold. If an item is gold tone or unsigned, it will be clearly stated - we provide our best professional opinion on the era and material of each piece.
