* Standard Return : We offer a standard 14 day return window from the date you receive your item

* Condition : Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent. If an item is returned damaged or altered,  a refund maybe refused.

* Faulty or not as described : If an item arrives damaged or is significantly different from the description/photo, we will issue a full refund. 

Note : Minor surface wear consistent with age is NOT considered a fault. 

HOW TO RETURN 

1) Contact us within 14 days of receiving item.

2) Package the item securely. 

3) The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs - unless the item arrived damaged - we recommend using a tracked service.
